Road User Charge Purchases to Date

This displays on the Plant Meters screen for the meter in question, and is the sum of the quantity all job transactions for the Road User Charges Activity Code on this Plant Item.

To establish an opening position there will need to be a Job Adjustment transaction entered against the Plant Item using the Road User Charges Activity Code. This opening transaction will be the Total RUC's purchased to date.

The quantity on this opening transaction will be:

• Meter Cumulative Life to Date plus Road User Charges unused at that time
• The transaction quantity will be used to create the initial Road User Charges Balance Available.
