Periods
The default periods are from Year 0 Period 0 to Year 2099 Period 12 but both from and to periods can be edited to display only a range of transactions.

Work Centres

• Click on a work centre to display the corresponding Activities in the panel below.
• Double click to load the transaction enquiry screen for the selected Work Centre.
• Work Centre descriptions can be defined per job or be generic across the entire system. (see Job Costing Control Parameters).

Activities
Double click to load the transaction enquiry screen for the selected Activity.

Budget
This shows for both Hours / Qty and cost. This is the current budget which comprises the original budget but all changes entered up to the period selected.

Actuals
This shows for both Hours / Qty and cost. These are the Actuals up to the period selected.
