Road User Charge Balance Available

This displays on the meters screen and is the Road User Charges Purchases to Date less Meter Cumulative Life to Date.

This is also used in reporting to report on RUC's Due.

During data entry of meter readings, the user is reminded of the Road User Charge Balance on the right of the screen.

Before the Balance runs out Purchase some more.
