Where a Plant Item is assigned to a particular job for an extended period of time, the Plant Assignment process allows for easy bulk creation of Plant Issue transactions.
The process generally allows for:
- Specifying the Plant Assignment
- Creation of the list of Plant Items used on the job
- Designation of the frequency of the Plant Issue transactions
- Specification of the date range across which this assignment applies
- Creating the Bulk Plant Issue batch of transactions
- The Plant Issue batch is created for review and approval prior to posting to the GL
