Job Code

  • The Job Code will default to the Job on the Quote Header. The drop down will bring up the range of Jobs where a Procurement List has been created. If there are subjobs on the quote attached to the various Cost Sheets these will appear in the drop down.
  • F4 will display a list of all jobs. If a Procurement List does not exist for the job selected you can create one and maintain Procurement lines for the selected job
