The default from the Report Maintenance has no relevance as all the reports available are presented to you when you run the report.
Report from within Quote Entry Defaults
Report Maintenance default becomes the default for the quote when it is set up not the default every time you use the report.
The default when you print is the Quote Entry \Other Details\ Report\ default
