PRICE CODES:

  • Price Codes are used to define the selling prices to be applied to the different cost transactions entered, based on the Price Code attached to the Job.
  • A default 'blank' Price Code is supplied with the blank database
  • Every Job and Quote must have a designated Price Code. 
  • The Price Code on a Job defaults from the Job Template. The Job Template gives the option for the default Price Code to come from the Template, the Client or the Parent Job. This default can be changed on individual jobs.
