Stocktake
Enter the Stocktake number
Sheet No
Enter the sheet that you are going to enter.
Counted By
Select from the drop down and enter a valid person for the count. This will default through to the next line.
Count
Enter the count for that line. A null count means that you have not counted and the quantity should be left as it is. A zero means that you have counted and the quantity is zero.
Data entry is 2 keys per line unless you are changing the Counted B y person.
Note: Where there is no count entered against a Stock Line the system assumes no change to the current quantity. The Stock Valuation report highlights whether a Stock Item has been counted.
