Workbench Stock Management

This module looks at the use of Stock Management within Workbench.

 

OVERVIEW

Workbench Stock Module is a Perpetual Inventory system designed to manage your stock for purchases and issues, providing you with On Hand balances and 3 different valuation methods and including stock take tools for adjustment to these maintained balances.

Balances can be maintained for a number of Locations

In summary the Workbench Stock Module covers:

  • Entering opening Balances
  • Ordering, Receipting and receiving AP Invoices against stock items
  • Return of stock to Suppliers
  • Transfer of stock between Locations
  • Issuing of stock to Jobs
  • Returns of stock from Jobs back to location
  • Stock Adjustments – Qty and value
  • Stocktakes
