This program is used to transfer cost transactions between jobs. This process re-assigns the job number to the selected transactions without any audit trail so should only be used under extreme and supervised circumstances.

From Job
Enter the job that currently holds the transactions you wish to transfer

To Job
Enter the job that you wish to transfer these transactions to.

Transactions
The program displays all the transactions on the From Job and allows you to select the ones you wish to transfer. Transactions that have been invoiced cannot be transferred.

Select
Manually select transactions by clicking in this box.

Select All
Use this function to select all transactions.

Transfer
Use this function to proceed with the transfer.
