These are created in the Status Maintenance screen, and set in Job Maintenance for each Job

• Note that they are always manually set

Status codes are used right throughout the system. The range of 29 predetermined Status types are listed below. Once selecting the type to be maintained you can add or edit Status messages relating to that type. In the above example the Status Type Value has been given a range of 7 possible status messages. In the relevant screen where this Status Type is used a drop down box will appear as you manually maintain the status message in that screen.
