• Price Code - No Item or Activity (if there is one)
• Activity Markup Percent

This is based on the Activity Code utilised on the cost side of the Internal Sale Transaction. In this case it is 'Inter' but it depends on how the Internal Sales was set up. Refer Internal Sales Manual.
