The Price Code Maintenance screen is shown below.
A Price Code can be attached to one or more Quotes, Jobs, or Job Templates
Price Codes may be flagged as Inactive, in which case they are no longer available for use through selection on dropdown lists.
The Price Code is divided into Materials and Labour sections
- Labour section relates to the Time transactions as entered onto timesheets
- Materials relates to all the other transaction types.
