Selection in Prepare Invoices screen

Job Transactions and Purchase Orders data to be displayed have different requirements to Outputs, and different filter criteria.

For clarity, We therefore display in the Details tab only Output lines, or only Job Transactions and Purchase Order lines, not both at the same time.
