This screen provides the ability to maintain the details of a received transmittal.

Number
Enter the received transmittal number.

Job Code
Enter a valid Job Code or use the <F4> job search function. Job Codes may be entered manually.

From Person
Enter a person name or use the <F4> Find People function.

To Company
Enter a company name or use the <F4> Company Lookup function.

Receipt Date
Enter a received transmittal date or double click to use the calendar..

Receipt Details
Enter receipt details.

Trans. File Path, Trans. File Name
Click the yellow open folder buttons to navigate to the received transmittal file. Click the view buttons to view the relative file.

Drawings Received : Job Code
Enter a valid Job Code or use the <F4> job search function. Job Codes may be entered manually.

Drawings Received : Reference
Enter a reference for a document from the received transmittal or select from the dropdown list. If this exits the last revision will be displayed in the Rev field. If the document reference does not exist the screen below will be shown to provide an opportunity to create a new document with the new reference entered.

Drawings Received : Rev
Enter a document revision. If the revision has already been used the screen shown below will be displayed.

Drawings Received : Date
Enter a document revision date or double click to use the calendar.

Drawings Received : Status In
Select a status from the list.

Drawings Received : Revision Note
Enter a revision note.

Drawings Received : Storage Ref.
Enter a document storage reference.

Drawings Received : File Path, Drawing File, Image File
Click the yellow open folder buttons to navigate to the drawing and/or image file(s). Click the view buttons to view the relative file.

Drawings Received : Detail
Enter a drawing detail.

Drawings Received : Scale
Select a drawing scale from the list.

Drawings Received : Type
Select a drawing content type from the list.

Drawings Received : Size
Select a drawing size from the list.

Drawings Received : Media
Select a drawing media from the list.
