Establish the Subcontract

SUBCONTRACT MAINTENANCE

Subcontracts are set up against a Job in Workbench from the Job Management screen by clicking on the Subcontracts button once your job is selected.

You are then taken to the "Job Sub Contract" Screen. By selecting the specific Sub Contact job, this will take you to the Sub Contract Maintenance Screen.

ALLOCATE SUBCONTRACT CODE

• This takes the Job Number and adds the digits specified in the Control Parameter.
• The Subcontract is now established.
• The balance of the Maintenance screen is now available.
• Specify a Description for this Subcontract.
• Allocate a Subcontractor. The Subcontractor will need to exist and is Maintained through Companies.
• Select the Retention code. Most of this information defaults through.
