This module looks at the use of Retentions Management within Workbench.


OVERVIEW

Retentions are calculated and managed within Workbench for both Contract Claims and Subcontract Claims.

Workbench provides for a number of calculation bases which are described in detail below

The Retention transactions are held against a 'Retention' job, defined in the system under the Control Parameter . (In this example that is RET)

Retentions are then managed through the two Retention Management menu options for Contracts and Subcontracts
