Action Statuses are designed to provide the user with a reference as to the status of this action, normally as to the state of completeness. The status is user defined in that the user sets up the range of statuses required. The Status on the Action does not automatically change but is maintained by the user.

This is system generated as the 'Status' is used extensively throughout Workbench. The Status Type for the Action Management is 'Action'.
