You can have a group of Actions set up as a template. These can be automatically created on a Job. There can be a number of these groups.
Description
This is the name of the action group. When selecting the new button add description. If maintaining the action group use in the dropdown.
Each line of the action group will be a new action generated when you 'Add Group Actions'

This will become the Action Description
Type
This will become the Action Type
Priority
This will become the Action Priority
Status
This will become the Action Status
Duration
This will become the Action Duration
Details
This will become the Details on the Action
