Subcontract Retentions

Retentions are calculated and managed within Workbench for Subcontracts. Retentions are only available with the Contract Management Module.

Workbench provides for a number of calculation basis for retentions covering :

  • straight %,
  • % rates for different value steps,
  • % rates for different estimate types

They are held against a 'retention' job, defined in the system under the Control Parameters.

Retentions are managed through Retention Management
