This module looks at the use of Questionnaires within Workbench.

 

OVERVIEW

The Questionnaires module has been developed to provide a means of capturing responses to user defined questions in relation to a Job, a Person or a Company.

TYPICAL USES:

  • Results of an inspection on a Job
  • A checklist of all processes to be completed before a job can commence (budget checked, credit references done etc)
  • Satisfaction survey with a Client over work completed

MODULE FEATURES:

  • User defined lists of questions
  • Optional answer formats including multiple choice, Yes/No and text
  • The order of optional answers can be defined
  • Defaults answers can be defined
  • Scores can be allocated to individual questions to give an overall questionnaire score
  • Questionnaire can be used multiple times on different jobs, people or companies
  • A questionnaire can be copied and modified
  • Questionnaires and the answers can be printed
