My Management - People Setup

This is where you set up which "My Management Panels" are to be included in the "My Management view" for the selected Person.
A Person is selected from the dropdown (being an Active employee).
Panel Title
Select from the drop down list of the Panels available for selection, as set up in My Management Panels. The display order is by Tab by Group x Sequence No
Tab
The Tab setting for the selected panel will display
Group
The Group for the selected panel will display
Type
The Panel Type for the selected panel will display
Report
The Report File Name (where relevant) for the selected panel will display
Sequence
The order in which the panels are displayed on the Tab is controlled by this Sequence No
Height
The height of the panel to be displayed for this user. It will default from the Panel setup in My management Panels but can be manually changed here. Changing is relevant where some users may be displaying more lines of data on their report than others.
Next Run Time
The date / time that the report will next be run. This can be manually changed when you want to manage the timing of the running of reports, or if you want to run a report immediately for testing purposes.
Displayed File Path/File Name
The directory MyManagement will look in to find the reports published by the Report Scheduler. The file name and path must be exactly as they appear in explorer.
The file path structure automatically defaults and should not need to be changed. The default format is:
'The folder in the Control Parameter 'Temp Report File Directory'' \'My Management'\'Panel Type'\'PersonID of the user being setup'\'Crystal Report name of the report being run'
Description
This displays for information at the bottom of the screen for the selected panel, and is from the Panel setup in My management Panels.
Run Frequency
The frequency at which this report is going to be run by the Report Scheduler
