My Managagement
This module looks at the use of My Management within Workbench.
OVERVIEW
The My Management functionality is intended to proactively present to a user the Key Performance Indicator data that is relevant to their specific role within the company.
For Example:
- Present to an Employee a graph of their productivity in the past 4 weeks
- Present to a Job Manager the outstanding debtors status on the jobs for which he is Job Manager
There are endless examples of the use to which this can be put.
Major benefits of the module include:
- A personalised view of reports and information
- Automatic running of these reports at a user defined frequency to ensure up to date information is presented
- Ability to re-run the reports from the My Management screen to get the most up-to-date view
- The My Management screen is the first screen that automatically opens when the user logs in; there is therefore no by-passing of the information
- Easily customisable reports to present data relevant to your company
- Reports can be tabular data or graphs, to give a 'dashboard' view of KPI information
