Lookups Maintenance

This screen provides the ability to maintain various lists that are used throughout the issues, meetings and drawings screens. These lists are grouped by Type.
TYPE
Enter a valid type code. These are as follows:

Transmittal delivery type, e.g. Fax, Mail, Courier. |
DrgSize |
Drawing size, e.g. A0, A1. |
DrgScale |
Drawing scale, e.g. 1:1, 1:5. |
DrgMedia |
Drawing media, e.g. Hardcopy, Electronic Email. |
DrgType |
Drawing content type, e.g. Mechanical, electrical. |
DrgRevStatus |
Drawing revision status, e.g. Approved, For Construction. |
Transmittal Reason |
Transmittal reason, e.g. Issued for Construction. |
JobPeopleGrpRole |
Job People group person role, e.g. Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer. |
The Lookup Type for Meetings is JobPeopleGrpRole
DESCRIPTION
Enter description to display in the screen list.
Note that it is possible to duplicate a Description as this Lookup option is used for other purposes than just Meetings where the Value further defines the Description. Do not duplicate as the Value is not valid for meetings.
VALUE
Not used in meetings.
SORT
Enter integer for sort priority.
