This screen provides the ability to maintain various lists that are used throughout the issues, meetings and drawings screens. These lists are grouped by Type.

Type
Enter a valid type code. These are as follows:

  • DeliveryType - Transmittal delivery type, e.g. Fax, Mail, Courier.
  • DrgSize - Drawing size, e.g. A0, A1.
  • DrgScale - Drawing scale, e.g. 1:1, 1:5.
  • DrgMedia - Drawing media, e.g. Hardcopy, Electronic – Email.
  • DrgType - Drawing content type, e.g. Mechanical, electrical.
  • DrgRevStatus - Drawing revision status, e.g. Approved, For Construction.
  • Transmittal Reason - Transmittal reason, e.g. Issued for Construction.
  • JobPeopleGrpRole - Job People group person role, e.g. Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer.
