A Log Priority is used to automatically set the Scheduled Date / Time for a Log, and to allow escalation warnings based on the number of hours / days that have passed since that Scheduled Date / Time.

A Log Priority is allocated to one or more Service Agreements. The allowable Log Priorities used on a Log are then restricted to those attached to the Service Agreement selected for that Log.

Priority Code
A 5 character code by which the Priority is selected in the Log screen

Multiple Assets
Where Assets are attached to Logs, you can restrict this to one Asset only per Log. This is appropriate where reporting on activity per Asset.

Scheduled On Site By
The Days / Hours after the Logged Date / Time which determine the Scheduled On Site Date / Time for a new Log.

Max Response, Target Restore, Target Completion
These Dates / Times are set in the same manner as the Scheduled On Site Date / Time. They are not currently used in the standard version.
