File Attachment Groups are user defined to allow the grouping of related attached files. Think of this in manual filing terms - For example: what folders do you want to store files in for later retrieval. For example, against ? Against certain Jobs you may want to have Attachment Groups of or Specifications and General Correspondence.
- Select / enter a Group Name
...
- and then choose the File Types which you want to use for this Group.
- One Group may be used on multiple File Types.
- The Groups are then selectable when attaching files / emails
