File Attachment Groups are user defined to allow the grouping of related attached files. For example: what folders do you want to store files in for later retrieval? Against certain Jobs you may want to have Attachment Groups or Specifications and General Correspondence.

  • Select / enter a Group Name and then choose the File Types which you want to use for this Group.
  • One Group may be used on multiple File Types.
  • The Groups are then selectable when attaching files / emails
