File Attachment Groups are user defined to allow the grouping of related attached files. Think of this in manual filing terms - what folders do you want to store files in for later retrieval. For example, against Jobs you may want to have Attachment Groups of Specifications and General Correspondence
Select / enter a Group Name. and then choose the File Types which you want to use this Group.
One Group may be used on multiple File Types.
The Groups are then selectable when attaching files / emails
