Web Workbench Administrator Role Set-up

As at 17 Aug 2015 , this will be replaced by the script added to the deployment package to create the administrator user and password is 

 "w0rkB3nch![MachineName]", where [MachineName] is the name of the machine the server is on, in upper case letters.

e.g. "w0rkB3nch!WEBDEV002"

Use the administrator login to configure roles to the users.

Set up the Administrator Role via TableList

1. Use the link https://webworkbench.mcconnelldowell.co.nz/275Test/scaffold/tablelist.aspx to go to the scaffold area. Note: https://webworkbench.mcconnelldowell.co.nz/275Test should be changed depending on the URL of the Web Workbench for the company
2. Search for “People” table name.  this is case sensitive
3. In the People table (click people from the grid), filter by Surname = Clement
4. Note the Person ID for Inez Clement
5. Click Back
6. Filter by Tablename = PeopleRoles
7. Click the PeopleRoles table and click New
8. Type the PersonID taken from Step 4.  Select RoleID= Administrator, specify FincoCode.  Click Save
