Creating a Language based on another language

Follow the steps detailed in "Languages - Creating a Language", and select the existing language the new language is based on as the 'Parent Language'.

The new language will inherit all of the translations entered in for the 'Parent Language' (Present & future) by default, and you can enter in the differences as translations against the new language.
