Create a Work Order from Contract Estimate

Note: Before Adding a Works Order from Estimates the Subcontract must exist.

Select one or more cost estimate lines relating to the Subcontract that you want to create a Works Order for.
When you press 'Add Work Order' you will be presented with a list of possible Sub Contracts that you can create the Work Order against.

Select the appropriate Subcontract and the Works Order will automatically be created for the ticked lines on the Estimate.

The Work Order Number is auto generated. Today's date is defaulted along with a Type of Original Contract. These can be changed if necessary. It has the Estimate Reference number.
The Job Code; Activity; Works Centre, Quantity and Cost come from the Estimate Line.
