Copy Catalogue

We have the situation where you may require an audit of the catalogue before updating. To facilitate this there is a "Copy Catalogue" function.

The "Copy Catalogue" button is on the "Catalogue Maintenance" screen after you have created the Catalogue Header.

Create the Catalogue Header in the normal way.

• Enter the Catalogue Date, which does not default to today's date.

• Then press the Copy Catalogue button. This will display a drop down of existing Catalogues.

• Select the Catalogue that you want to copy from.

• Yes. The Catalogue lines will be duplicated with new Id's.

• Make the Catalogue Inactive so that it does not appear in the Catalogue dropdowns.
  (Remember to enter into the description the fact that it is a copy for audit purposes)
