PERIOD ENDS TABLE
As a default the Cashflow displays 24 periods from the period selected for the Forecast. Before the Cashflow can be utilized the Period Ends table must be updated to open 24 months. You will be warned if this is not the case. The Cashflow is designed to hold period information beyond the 24 months displayed. The future balance is displayed in the column called 'Succeeding'. You must have a Period End for every period that you are posting to in the Cashflow.
- The Current Period displayed is the default date when you enter the Forecast screen.
- You can close the Forecast and Cashflow to any editing by ticking the Closed Flag in the Forecast column. It remains Read Only.
