The required Workbench files for the server and workstation installs will now be downloaded into the directory structure created
- Go back to the website and navigate to Setup.
Client Download
These files are what you need to install the Workbench Client.
Download the Workbench Pre-Requisites file only and save it into the directory called Workbench\Setup\Client Setup
Access Runtime
If you do not have a version of Microsoft access on all machines you will need to download the file Access_Runtime_2003.zip and store it in the same location as above.
This is used to create a free 'runtime' version of Microsoft Access on workstations that do not have a full Microsoft Access version
Server Files Download
Go to the page for the Workbench version you wish to install ( in this example Workbench 7.21 )
This page contains all the files that are required to:
- Set up the Workbench database(s)
- Set up the Workbench Licence database
- The Workbench program (mde)
- Workbench reports and sample report .pdf files
Download the following files to the Workbench\setup\Server Setup directory :
- Workbench721_ReleaseDatabaseInstaller.zip
- Workbench721_Patch.zip
- Workbench721_ProgramMDE.zip
- Workbench721_ReportsAll.zip
- Workbench721_SamplePDFsAll.zip
- Workbench7_LicenceDatabase.zip
