CREATE .SQL SCRIPTS

Open SQL Server Management Studio

Select New Query

In the Query Window Type the follow:

  • Use <Workbench Database Name>
  • Exec <Stored Procedure Name> <Any Required Parameters> 
  • The Items inside < > must be changed to match your requirements. Note that you can run more than "Stored Procedure" that need to be on the same schedule, you just need to put a "go" on the line directly after the exec statement.

 

Select File-Save Navigate to the Workbench Share and create a new folder called "ScheduledJobs"

Select File-Save Navigate to the Workbench Share and create a new folder called Scheduled Jobs

Name the .SQL file something descriptive and click Save

Repeat these steps for all the Jobs you wish to create.
