  1. Click on Start or the Windows Circle in the bottom left of the screen
  2. Select Accessories
  3. Select System Tools
  4. Select Task Scheduler
  5. Select Create Task from the right hand pane
  6. Type In the Name of the Job make sure run whether user is logged on or not is check and Select Triggers tab.
  7. Click New
  8. Select Required Frequency and Click OK
  9. Select Action Tab
  10. Click New
  11. Click Browse and navigate to the .bat file you created in Create .bat file to Schedule
  12. Once Selected Click OK
  13. Click OK
  14. Enter a valid Administrator username and password if required
  15. Close Task Scheduler
