All the Workbench Crystal Reports need to be set up in Reports Maintenance before you can access them.
- Select the Report Type, which determines where the reports will be run from.
To create a new report, enter the Title of the new report and the File Name for the Crystal Report (will always have the filename extension .rpt).
- The "Default Report" checkbox makes this the Default report for this Report Type.
- The "Example" checkbox indicates there is a standard sample report as a published .pdf which can be viewed from the reports screen for this report
- "No External Email" restricts the emailing of this report to people who are Employees only, not external People.
NOTE: For reports to be available to users the reports must be in the Report Security Group(s) for the logged in user
