CREATE JOB

Create the "New Job" so you can accept the quote.
Create a "Header/SubJob relationship" to be able to create the Subjobs. Try to have each of the Subjobs on a Cost Sheet.

CHARGE TYPES

To streamline the set up, Make sure that the charge types are correct on the Job Templates for the Header and Sub Job.
The Billing Type and Billing Consolidation on the Charge Types should be:

  • Header Job - Claim Schedule / Header Job with Subjobs
  • Sub Job - No Charge / Header Job with Subjobs

In the Quote, Enter the subjobs against each of the Cost Sheets. Choose the relevant subjob per Cost Sheet.
