Subcontract Reports and the Construction Contracts Act

The two reports appropriate to SubContracts and the Construction Contracts Act are:-

1. Sub Contractor Payment Certificate wbSubcontractClaim0200.rpt
2. Sub Contractor Payment Schedule wbSubcontractClaim0201.rpt

Sub Contractor Payment Certificate

This is similar to the SubContract Claim report but "Certified To Date" is used instead of "Claim To Date" to distinguish between the Payee's Claim and the Scheduled amount that you have Certified to pay.

Sub Contractor Payment Schedule
The Sub Contract Payment Schedule is in 3 parts.

1. Contract & Claim Summary. This summarises the Sub Contract by Works Order detailing the Contract Value, the Claimed Value and the Scheduled Value (Certified to Pay).

1. The Payment Summary. This summarises each of the Certified Claims with associated Retention and GST values

1. Notes to Sub Contract Payment Schedule. This details the reason why all or part of a Payee's Claim has not been approved for payment..
