To view all Subcontract Retentions due for release :
- Select the 'display' button to list all Subcontract Retentions.
- The screen shows the total retention value held per Sub Contract. It also shows the total value released to date and the outstanding balance for each Sub Contract.
- To create a "Retention release" for a subcontract enter the value to be released into the 'This Release' column. The system will then generate a claim invoice against the subcontract for the value of the Retention to be released.
- You can check the Claim invoice that has been generated by opening the related Sub Contract. This can be done by double clicking the grey button to the left of the corresponding Sub Contract code and then selecting the Claims tab from the Sub Contracts screen.
