To add or enter translations for other contexts on the translation screen, select the 'Show System Tabs' button. This will display a tab for each additional context in Workbench (Captions being the first tab).

Fig 15. Additional Contexts.
The data on these additional contexts are not specific to the 'Target Form' (Screen being translated) and rather are a list of all of the text currently available within that context for translation. The only exceptions to this are the Captions context (The first tab shown here as the 'Job Management' tab) and the 'Messages' tab, which can be filtered to show only those messages which relate to the 'Target Form' (Current Screen or Workbench Object).
By default the 'Messages' tab will be filtered to display only messages found on the 'Target Form' however it is important to note that some messages that can occur during the normal operation of Workbench can originate from areas of the programme that are shared with other screens, and may not show up in this list when filtered by a specific Workbench Object (Screen Name).
At present the 'Workbench Module' filter has not been implemented, and will remain disabled.
Otherwise these tabs operate in a similar manner to the 'Captions' Context tab (the first tab).
Notable differences are:

  1. 'Remove' option, which will remove the Translation and the Master String from the database.

  1. The Languages tab (See the Languages Section).
