    • The 'Display' button will create and display the expected Plant Issue transactions resulting from the selection of the Plant Assignment Lines.

    • These transactions can be reviewed and changed if required

    • The 'Select' checkbox can be used to select all or some of the transactions



    • The Plant Issue transactions are then batched, by creating a new batch (the * button) or selecting an existing batch to which these transactions can be added.

    • Click the 'Confirm Issues' button, to create the Plant Issue transactions. The created transactions can then be viewed by clicking the 'View Batch Transactions' button.


    • Note: There will often be an Approval process required over these Plant Issues, where the job manager may want to approve the plant usage that has been expensed to his job. The process for this is to create the plant Issue batch and give this to the Job Manager for review and approval. If there are any changes required, these can be made by editing the Plant Issues batch before closing and posting to the financials.
