This will give you a Note screen specifying today's Date/Time and the Logged in user name.

Internal
- These are internal notes regarding contact made going from the most recent note to the oldest. These are not intended to be seen by the client.
There are two person Drop Downs.:
- Employee list defaulting to Logged in User. This is the person making notes about the debtor
- All names from the People table who are attached to this Company. This is the contactee which may be other than the Invoice Contact.
Type in the notes. Notes are not limited.
Next time you come in the note history is available and another entry with @Now Date/Time is ready for more notes.
Anchor
- These are notes made that can be seen by the client. There is currently no reporting structure for these to be sent to the client. They are provided for the possibility of future product enhancement.
- They work in the same way as the Internal notes.

- This keeps an audit trail of every entry and change to the Promise Note fields.
