To set up a schedule it must be linked to a Contract. You can set up a Contract that does not have to belong to a Job, or that does not have to be Contract under the normal Workbench Contract module rules.
Create a Contract.
You can set up one global Contract for many schedules to be attached to (this will be across a number of jobs or a Contract for all the Schedules related to just one job.
