A list of user defined Log Service Types can be created, for attaching to logs.
A Service Type may be used on Logs attached to one or more Service Agreements
A Service type may have a Default Priority Code for a Service Agreement, which automatically populates the Priority Code field on new Logs
A Service Type may be included in one or more Analysis Groups for reporting purposes
