- Double click on the subcontract Subcontract from the "Job Subcontracts" screen or
- Click on the "Values tab"
To display the screen below 
The blue arrows at the right take you into the Subcontract commitments for the original subcontract commitment, approved variation, contingency or unapproved variation.
This will bring up a screen that lists commitments already entered
- Double click on a selected line takes you to the Works Order screen
- Click on the New button to create a new Works Order.
