Profit Centre
Enter the profit Centre for which you are responsible or select it from the list provided.

Approved
A Timesheet can be flagged as "Approved" as part of the functionality of this program. If the Timesheet has already been checked, (perhaps by the Employee at the time that the entries were made), this check will be already set.
To access the individual Timesheets, "double-click" each Employee.
No Timesheets
The names of any Employees who are part of the Profit Centre selected and who have not created a timesheet for this Week Period, will be displayed in this section of the window.These buttons complete/approve the displayed timesheets.
