To accommodate different column label lengths, or lengths of data, user defined 'Column Width Profiles' can be set up.
A 'Column Width Profile' contains width settings for columns in selected forms which you want to be different to the standard settings.
The default 'Column Width Profile' for a user is set in the 'Preferences' tab in People Maintenance. If this setting is blank, then the default settings for all the Workbench screens is used.
Note that for a particular session in Workbench you can temporarily change the profile in the "Who Am I" screen on the Help Menu.
