If you have been granted the 'Translator' Admin Function, you will have access to the
'Language Translation - – Admin' item on the Help Menu. Fig 16. The Help Menu.
Choosing this menu option will open the Language Translation screen. This screen lists all of the text available for translation, and can be filtered by Language or Context and ordered by any column heading by clicking on that heading. In addition, extra options to show only Un-translated text or text that was displayed on a screen without a translation are available. This allows the option of only translating text that has actually been used.

To translate text on this list, simply double click the item on the list and the Translate Text Item screen will open for the selected Item. Note the language will match the language on the selected line, with the context displayed and the Text for translation presented in a larger text box to accommodate longer text when required.
From this screen you can change between languages to enter translations in by selecting them in the list on the left of the screen and then entering the Translation and Long Translation as required.

Additionally you can see any previously entered translations for other contexts for the exact same text in the list top right of the screen. If the same translation applies to the new context, double clicking the entry will use the same translation for the currently edited context.
You can also see the Associated Workbench Objects for the selected Master String (Text to be translated) on the Workbench Object tab to give some guidance as to where the text is used in the system.
